In a WIPO(World Intellectual Property Organization) Decision, the domain name <google-vietnam.com> has been asked to be transferred to the Complainant Google Inc. of Mountain View, California, United States of America.

Google Inc had filed a complaint against Google Adwords Service at HCMC, Vietnam of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for website references of its search engine website and reproducing the appearance thereof along with the phrases “Advertising online web service in Vietnam” and “Advertise your business on the front page.”
