With an action packed 2014 Australian Open (played under real hot conditions in Melbourne) over with Li Na of China winning the women’s singles and Stanislas Wawrinka of Switzerland winning the Men’s grand slam title the focus now shifts to the French Open.

In both the cases the Complainant was Fédération Française de Tennis (FFT) of Paris, France and have won them back.
The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center Panel found that in both the cases Complainant was the owner of the trademark FRENCH OPEN and ROLAND GARROS both by registration and acquired reputation and that the disputed domain names were confusingly similar to the trademarks.
