To step up into a full time leadership role which allows me to use my current skills obtained through two years of rehabilitation counselling and consultancy.
I wish to use my skills in strategic planning and setting smart goals to support a positive workplace, develop employee morale and ensure safety and satisfaction for all staff and clients.
