The Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection in its latest update has said that "New 457 rules will be introduced for employers seeking to sponsor an overseas skilled worker. Employers may need to provide evidence of having conducted local labour market testing prior to lodging their nomination from 23 November 2013. “
