Flinders University has been listed among the QS World University Ranking’s top 200 elite institutions world-wide for its performance in three subject areas – medicine, psychology and sociology.
Flinders has also had a strong showing in the German-based CWTS Leiden Ranking system of scientific publications, appearing among the top 500 universities for the first time.
Under Leiden’s system, which is statistically based on the past five years of international citations of research and research impact, Biomedical and health sciences at Flinders were ranked 13th in Australia, with natural sciences and engineering at 15.
