In order to become a qualified Pharmacist in Australia, a degree in pharmacy, or alternatively a degree in science with a biomedical/biophysical focus, combined with postgraduate study in pharmacy is required. Also, in order to practice within Australia after completion of related studies, Pharmacists must obtain registration with relevant boards at the national and state level.
