Melbourne based private construction development company seeks an experienced Construction and Project Manager to manage Commercial and Industrial Projects in the vicinity of $5 – $15 Million.

Applicants must have strong prior Construction and Project Management and Site Supervision knowledge and experience of not less that of 5 years and you will be responsible for;

  • Coordination and construction of multiple jobs from inception to completion including design development reporting directly to the MD.
  • Preparation and negotiation of construction tenders and management of subcontractors throughout the construction process ensuring on time and on budget project completion.
  • Liaison with Clients, Engineers, Consultants and relevent authorties.
  • Labour management including management of OHSE risks across construction activities.
